Welcome to Sourdough by Alexa! Please review the following terms that outline how I operate my at-home microbakery! By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Ordering
Orders are accepted daily through my online menu on this website!

Orders are fulfilled Sunday-Tuesday based on your selected pick-up window. All items are handcrafted and require fermentation time, so it has been made that all orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance of your desired pick-up time. This allows me to prepare your bake properly without rushing the process!

You will receive a confirmation message via text/email with your finalized pick-up window once your order is accepted into the bake schedule!
Pick-Up
Pick-up is available in Estero, FL at my home address which you will receive after payment!

Orders are ready for pick-up between Sunday-Tuesday any time from 10:00am to 6:00pm depending on your scheduled window. Your pick-up window may be changed due to order volume/weather in your confirmation message.​

You are responsible for picking up your order on your assigned day. If not picked up during scheduled pick-up, your order may be forfeited and no refund will be issued due to the fresh nature of the product.
If something comes up, please feel free to reach out to me through text/email or the Contact Us page - I am happy to hang on to your order for up to 1 extra day when possible!
Cancellations & Refunds
All order are final once placed and I do NOT accept any cancellations under any circumstances.

Because every item is baked fresh to order in limited batches, I am unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or order modifications. If you miss your pickup without prior communication, your order will be considered forfeited and is non-refundable.

Allergy & Food Safety Notice
All items are baked in a home kitchen not subject to routine state inspection, as permitted under Florida's Cottage Food Law

Common allergens (e.g., wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts) may be present in the kitchen.
​
Goods are not intended for resale.
